Known issues
Starting with version 4.31.0, restoring the unit to an earlier version through the standard procedure is no longer possible. Before updating, contact Redtrust support to get the emergency-access ZIP package and apply the OpenRDPv2.bin file it includes. After the server update, close the process using the CloseRDPv2 file included in the same package.
